By the decision of the Board of Governors, the REALTORS® Community Foundation is calling a special meeting for the purpose of passing a special resolution to amend the Foundation’s bylaws; special resolutions require a vote of 75% in support as per the Alberta Societies Act. The last bylaw update was in the Fall of 2014.
Please find the existing, proposed and track changed bylaws linked below. Registration for the Special Meeting is required, only those who have registered will receive the meeting link. In order to vote at the meeting, one must be a member of the Foundation. An overview will be provided at the meeting of all changes, however it is expected that members review the changes and documents up for adoption in advance.

As quorum of 25 voting members is required for this meeting, we request that you register only if you intend to attend, and that if plans change you notify the Foundation in advance.
